Before I bid Adieu!
As the early morning breeze, Gently hit through my eyes And woke me up to my dream The pristine lake as the sun rise Flowing steadily to its seam
So calm and peaceful, so smooth the flow Those waves carried away My train of thoughts aside in throw As I slowly made the sway
And Once the beam of light it hit Magic, it was the show Of diamonds shining bright as lit The waves flow, high and low
As flocks of swans came swimming by And danced upon the lake Left mesmerized, awestruck in high Of beauty - much to take
And as I saw horizon far Could see the sails make row Silhouetted against the morning star Floating along the flow
With every ounce of coffee I sipped Could see it change its hue Wished I could take my plunge and dipped Into this serene view
Before I bid adieu To this majestic view!
