FADING AWAY

FADING AWAY

I knew it was all fading away someday As the clouds rolls upwards in a morning sky What was once so vivid even from distance Would dim away and then vanish like its bound to die

In constant fear of losing it all away I'd tighten my grips and often clutched along But who would have known, it's all dismay For sand in hand never lasts for long

Now I can only choose to remember it vaguely Like a haunted dream or mere an illusion As time swept by, so did the sense of reality Was it really all along or just a delusion?

I sense my obligation to remind myself though Come in senses, just to make it real again For sometimes in life, its those times we know That sun's no fun, without the days of rain

And life's incomplete rather without the pain! Without the pain...
