How do we know if we ever know How heavy does our hearts ever feel How do we feel if we ever could How much of that heart needs to heal

I struggle a lot, a little more often In finding just the right emotions, For little do I know, how do I feel Struggle to filter out wrong notions

Is it even legit, to learn to not let go Conform does it to the general norms Is it even legit, to feel sad even though Shall it lead to good in some forms

I often end up questioning myself why I end up being affected so much at all Of all the worldly things going around Why do I struggle to build up that wall

But then I realize, may be it's all for the good Ever hath they happened, hath been a should For not all emotions are to be shown, Not all notions to be judged, Not all hands to be let gone, Nor all feelings to be grudged

For life's all about this long journey you take Of friends you find, memories you make And it's never too wrong, to not know the why Let's go with the flow, as time flows by ...
