If only it was as easy as said, To just let go of things that you held on If only our hearts could just forget, Made attempts no more, and just moved on

It hurts, you know? Quite more than ever When they say that they've never cared But a little hope resides inside, In thoughts of times, you've had shared

Very often I dream, sometimes I feel Presence of them, right beside me And just for a while, as they smile at me Most pleasant of all, my sights could be

How heartlessly could one just throw? Like existent - you were not If only could they remember though Of how you cared, did what not?

If only it was as easy as said To just let go of them, you cared for For they are not just ones you loved But those you've changed your dreams for!

And those you've let go "you" for!
