poem
I used to think life was simple than it was thought to be
Like you could just turn it off them senses and everything in place - it's ought to be
I would just pretend sometimes like those complexities did not exist in life
I would just prevent the times when those atrocities put my vigor in strife
Like an ostrich hides the head in the sand
Like a child that dances off with the music band
I just made life easier by making it simply easier
Nonetheless, but now
Life is not as simple as it somehow used to be
The infinite road that we planned together is far to further till I see
But I still believe in you with all my heart
That we would still hold on till death did us apart
For no matter what life brings forth, no matter how its dark
It's you and me, and our invigorating spark
Till times unlived and times unknown
Together we deal - this life as we own!
