The Wait
Somewhere deep down the darkest cave She laid aloof from all Stayed safe away, saved of the wave Of "Life" and all it's fall
No hopes, no aims, no goals to pave No friends too close to call Lost full herself, nothing to save She was just a messed-up girl
For all above, the dark in-be She still had got some hope To live like all those lads; Envy Forgot she's tied those rope
For what she dreamed was to be free Fly soaring high above But to dismay; just a spree Forgot she's not the dove
But then came, to her life a light A light distant too far She chased it, more and more as bright Got not near; Just a star
Tried too hard, tried all, to her might Afraid to be left ajar Cared not of what's wrong or the right Jumped back to pit of tar
The light that raised her to believe Just left her, just once more For What broke her, was not it's berieve But that it left her sore
Lost one more, true reasons to live She felt left too ashore Sad is not; it was meant to leave Worse is she waits some more
